Terms and Conditions
To be eligible for a reward, you must be a previous Vertical Chimney Care customer. A reward is earned after your referral makes their first Vertical Chimney Care purchase*. You will receive an email confirmation after a new customer referral purchases a service or product from Vertical. A reward of $50 will be sent to you in the form of check for any chimney cleaning or masonry repair referrals and a reward check of $100 will be issued to the referrer for any awning purchased. Referrer cannot be the owner for the referred property. No referral reward will be issued for sales to residents of townhomes or condominiums of their homeowners’ associations where a board or association decision mandates that all homeowners use Vertical services.
There is no minimum purchase requirement to earn a customer reward from Vertical Chimney Care. Void where prohibited by law. All interpretations of program terms and conditions will be taken at the sole discretion of Vertical Chimney Care. Vertical Chimney Care reserves the right to change the rules, conditions, benefits, or rewards pertaining to the Reward Program, or terminate the program, in whole or in part, at any time and at its sole discretion, with or without notice.
