We had a $10k+ repair job. Most of the repair work was good and we are -- on the whole -- satisfied. We had one issue, a problem that seemed to have been caused by the repair itself. They initially said we would have pay for a visit to fix the problem that they caused. We objected to this and it did take some follow up to get this resolve; they finally stood behind their work sent someone out free of charge to address the issue. So, on the whole, a fine company that stands behind its work.

Tom G. and Nick F. recently inspected my clients chimney in Chicago. Both Tech's were very professional and polite and they knew what they were doing / talking about. Gave me great solutions on how to proceed with the fireplace as well.

Tom and Nick were on time and very professional. They cleaned the chimney (after many years of use) and checked to make sure everything was working properly and was safe. Tom made a few recommendations which I will probably go with. I will definitely use them again in the future.

This is the second time we had Tom out to our place for a follow-up service he recommended from our first inspection visit. Tom and Vince were professional, quick, even took our old grate away after replacement. They painted everything black and it looks very sharp now. They tested the fireplace prior to leaving which also helped get rid of the paint fumes. They cleanup and were out before I knew it. Professional, on time, friendly, and didn’t try to up sell me on a more expensive repair (I appreciate that as a customer). Now, when I can afford the more expensive repair, I will call them and request Tom a third time!

I initially had a chimney inspection and it was identified I required a new lining. Today Tom and Jason came to complete the work. Both were consummate professionals and very were very knowledgeable concerning chimney repair and maintenance. They took time to answer my question and cleaned up, leaving my furnace room they found it while making the repairs. This can be a costly expense. They assisted me with specials and coupons available for discounts. I would definitely use them again.
