Our Chimney Cleaning Process

In long, our process includes laying down a protective cloth in front of your fireplace and sweeping from the bottom to the top, ensuring that creosote and debris stays inside the fireplace.

Each sweep is done in under an hour and is backed by a no mess guarantee, ensuring a worry-free experience each time.

Included in our cleaning is a Level 2 Safety Inspection where we complete a 20 point inspection of your fireplace and chimney using a 360-degree camera this is manipulated to examine the entire length of the fireplace flue. This inspection will inform you about the condition of the flue and whether it is safe to use. We also climb up on the roof to inspect your cap, crown, and masonry for signs of damage or deterioration. If maintenance is needed, we will let you know. Some of these problems can be fixed the same day, while others may require us to schedule a follow-up visit.

In short, our process is precision.

How often should you clean your fireplace chimney?

It depends on how often you use your fireplace and what kind you have. However, no matter the circumstance, it’s a good idea to have us come to your place every 1-2 years for an inspection.
